Nowadays, streaming is extremely important as some Charts all over the world considers it to define how popular a song is - for example, Billboard gives it a relevant weight and it counts todars Billboard Hot 100. Therefore, it’s important to stream as much as you can in official streaming services, such as Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer and even Youtube.
The fandom has realized that using playlists to stream is more useful than just putting the song on repeat. So by the end of the page, we offer some 24h playlists y’all can use to stream in different services. Besides, muting the song while streaming can be consider as cheating, which would make your streaming useless to charts purpose. So:
1. Use playlists;
2. Don’t mute it; instead plug earphones.
If you are in United States, you don’t need to do anything but follow those rules. If you have paid subscription, like Spotify Premium account or Apple Music, prioritize it over free accounts.
If you are an International fan, things are - as usual - more complicated than that. You need to “pretend” to be in US for your streams to count towards Billboard Charts. As it’s hard to make US paid subscriptions as they demand American credit cards, we ask International fans to make free Spotify accounts and, of course, US IP.

Why stream?
1. That’s actually easy. In your browser, make sure you are using an US IP.
2. Once you’re sure you’re using US UP, access https://www.spotify.com/us/ and click “get Spotify free”.
How to make free Spotify accounts?
3. You will get two options: one to sign in using your e-mail or facebook. It’s better to sign in using your e-mail, specially if your Facebook is already connected to your own country's spotify.
4. Fill the infos requested and click sign up.
5. Your account is ready! They will redirect you to download the app. Don’t do it. The app doesn’t allow you to play the same song several times. Scroll down your page and click “web player”.
6. At the right of your page, you’ll be able to see the browser option. Beware that sometimes this can be in your language and not English, it doesn’t mean you aren’t using a US account.
7. Now let’s check if you’re really using a US account. After clicking on browser, scroll down until you find the option “Charts”. There you’ll find three main playlists:
"Global Top 50" "United States Top 50" "United States Viral 50"
8. If you can’t see those playlists, you’re not with a US account.
9. However, it’s not enough to have an US account. You also need to stream using US IP. Make sure you’re using US IP.
10. Once streaming, use a playlist. Here’s a playlist for you to stream “Never Be The Same” on Spotify. Don’t simply put the song on repeat or it only will count as one stream.
Yes, you can and you should. And you don’t need a special account. There are some rules for your streams to count, however:
1. Use a playlist too. Here’s one you can use;
2. Don’t mute; instead, plug earphones;
3. Log off of your Youtube account. If it’s your first time watching any video, give it a like, subscribe to the channel and then log off of your account. Or else your views won’t count.
4. If you aren’t in US, please use US IP too or else it won’t count towards Billboard.
Yes, that’s it. Pretty easy, huh?
